Puerto Rico Pet Massacre

In Puerto Rico, possibly thousands of unwanted and confiscated animals have been tossed off of bridges, buried alive, and otherwise inhumanely disposed of by tax-payer financed animal control programs.  Despite pledges to deliver adoptable strays to shelters and humanely euthanize the rest, the island’s leading private animal control companies generally did neither.
