How do you decide which causes to raise money for?
We try to pick the most important causes facing our planet today. We will be adding new ones regularly and you can help us choose new causes to rally behind, by clicking the 'Vote for a Cause' button.
How do you choose which charities to attach to a cause?
We do a tremendous amount of research before choosing a charity or non profit organization to work with. We make sure they have a national or international presence and that their emphasis is on finding cures or solving the problems and issues associated with your cause. Then we look even deeper to confirm that the vast majority of the money you donate is making its way towards our purpose of ridding disease and combating global issues and problems.
How do I pick my sizes?
Bracelets: There are two sizes to choose from when you add items to your cart, women's/youth which is 6.7' around and men's which is 7.75'. We give them names, but it's really all about picking the sizes that suit you best. Some people like them nice and snug, but not tight (our preference) and others loose. Remember too, that the bracelets are rubber, so they do stretch a little bit as they are worn.
T-shirts: Our t-shirts run true to size.
How do you ship my order?
The U.S. Postal Service.
How long does it take to receive my order?
That depends. Normally, your order will ship within 2 - 3 working days. Once it ships, in the U.S., you have two choices: First Class Mail, which can normally take between 3 - 12 days and Priority Mail, which normally takes 2 - 3 days, but no guarantees. Outside of the U.S., we ship only via First Class Mail and it can vary, depending on each individual country.
Do you ship to different countries?
Yes! We ship the bracelets, pet tags, key chains and bumper stickers to several countries around the world. T-shirts are only available in the USA.
Do you ship to PO or APO addresses?
Yes! We're using the U.S. Postal Service, so anywhere they go, we go... Countries outside the US, may vary.
Is there a shipping and handling charge?
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The following postage and handling fees will be added to each order:
BRACELETS AND/OR BUMPER STICKERS:
USPS First Class Mail (normally arrives in 3-12 days) $1.49
USPS Priority Mail - USA Only (normally arrives in 2-3 Days) $5.90
USPS International First Class Mail $3.99
This is a total or one-time fee, regardless of the quantity you order. So, whether you order one or 100 bracelets and/or bumper stickers, you pay $1.49, $5.90 or $3.99 total shipping and handling, depending on the shipping method.
T-SHIRTS BY THEMSELVES OR WITH ANY QUANTITY OF BRACELETS AND/OR BUMPER STICKERS:
Please note that at this time, we only ship t-shirts in the USA. All orders containing t-shirts ship USPS Priority Mail. When you order t-shirts by themselves or with any combination of bracelets and/or bumper stickers, the following rates will apply.
One T-shirt with or without Bracelets and/or Bumper Stickers:
USA ONLY — USPS Priority Mail $5.95
Two or More T-shirts with or without Bracelets and/or Bumper Stickers:
USA ONLY — USPS Priority Mail $7.95
What is your returns policy?
Bracelets, Pet Tags & Key Chains
We only accept returns of defective goods. We can't afford to take back bracelets for any other reasons and remember, it's for a good cause. If you can't wear it, maybe you know someone else who can. They make great gifts!
Bumper Stickers
No returns.
T-shirts
T-shirts can be returned within 21 days of the ship date. They must be in resalable condition and cannot have been worn or washed. Please provide an explanation as to why you are returning the t-shirt. When we receive it, we will credit back your credit card, less the shipping charges.
Can I track my order?
Everything is shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, First Class Mail or Priority and, unfortunately, it can't be tracked. Be patient, your order will get there.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Yes, but only if your order is shipping to an address in California.
Is it secure to enter my credit card information online?
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. For all online transactions, your session is secured through Secured Sockets Layer or SSL. All of your personal information is held on secured servers behind firewalls. Also for your protection, we do not save any of your credit card information.
What is your privacy policy?
We do not share any of your personal or payment info with anyone. Period!
We will use the personal information you enter during the order process to manage and fulfill your order. Also, if you have signed up for our email list or provided your email as part of your order, we may periodically send you fun and informative emails about what's new and exciting at I'm Tired, things like new causes and charities, new products, how much money you've helped raise and other cool things we'd like to share with you.
How do I place an order?
It's simple! Just pick your cause and click through to the cause page for the item you want to order. Then choose the size and the quantity and click 'Add to Cart.' We'll walk you through the rest of it. If you want to order a different size of the same bracelet or t-shirt or order different ones, just go through the same process again!
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, but for 10 bracelets or two t-shirts or more. Remember, half of every bracelet or t-shirt is going to our charities, so we have to be very streamlined. The process of placing your order online is completely automated.
Are I'm Tired bracelets and t-shirts available through stores?
Not yet. Up to half of your purchase is donated to your cause, so there's just no room for retailers to be involved.
