Dan Hoffman (right), co-founder of ITo, recently paid a visit to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah to deliver a check for $22,000, covering the first three months of 2010. Way to go animal lovers!! Accepting the check on behalf of Best Friends is John Garcia (left, but you knew that) and Herbie. As you can see, everyone was very happy!!!

Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is helping to rescue, rehabilitate, and promote the adoption of tens of thousands of animals each year. It is the country’s largest sanctuary for homeless animals, and constantly tries to place dogs and cats that are considered “unadoptable” into good homes, and to reduce the number of unwanted pets through effective spay and neuter programs. They have also led some of the largest animal rescue efforts in recent history, including efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and the Haiti earthquake.

Five of our causes now support Best Friends: Animal Cruelty, Haiti Animal Aid, Puppy Mills, BSL, and No More Homeless Pets.
