These two are brother and sister Chicapoos that I got the from my sister. They are just how we were growing up: love/hate! They go all out, stop for a break to get some sleep, and then it’s full throttle again. I have to say I have never seen two more foolish/fearless puppies!

Here is a picture of our two year old Golden Retriever, Kobi. Kobi loves tennis balls and relaxing with his mom and dad. In this picture, Kobi was sitting at the entrance of the bathroom, watching us get ready for work. We looked up and saw him smiling at us! We took a quick photo and couldn’t stop smiling ourselves. If we’re having a bad day or feeling down, we look at this picture. We can’t help but smile!

Meet Topper, a Pit Bull mix. He was saved from a miserable life of neglect and starvation. This smile is his gift to me, his foster mom, the moment he came to live with me. He smiles thankfully in celebration because he now knows that he is loved, his is safe, he is home… and in my hand is a huge rawhide chew!

“The better to see you with, My Dear!” The kids were playing Little Red Riding Hood and pretending Presley was the Big Bad Wolf in disguise as the grandmother! Presley is a Yellow Labrador Retriever.

This is Bear. He is a five year old Australian Blue Healer (Cattle dog). We were on the way to Fort DeSoto’s dog beach. He was so excited and continued to peek in the rear window, as if asking, “Are we there yet?” We packed his favorite toy, the Frisbee, and he knows when it is in the truck with us, which causes more excitement and peeks in the window.
