Actress Katherine Heigl, along with Best Friends Animal Society Volunteers, recently appeared on “Access Hollywood,” to raise awareness by rescuing 33 small dogs from shelters in Los Angeles. She and her mother have even given a grant to Best Friends to support the program, called “Pup My Ride.”
