As dog lovers and huge fans of National Geographic Channel’s “Dogtown,” you can probably imagine how excited Dan and I were when the cast got behind our “I’m Tired of Animal Cruelty” bracelet. They’re all wearing them!
Not only that, but they recently wore them in a photo shoot for the show with some of the 22 “Vicktory” dogs they rescued and rehabilitated from Michael Vick’s abuse. Even the dogs are sporting cool “I’m Tired of Animal Cruelty” dog collars that we made especially for them. “Dogtown” takes place at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, our charity beneficiary for the “I’m Tired of Animal Cruelty” bracelets. We wanted to share some of the great photos from the shoot.

Above, from left to right, are Animal Training and Behavioral Consultant, Sherry Woodard, with Ellen, Assistant Dog Care Manager, John Garcia, with Georgia, and Veterinarian Dr. Patti Iampietro with Denzel.
Directly right are Dr. Mike Dix, Medical Director, with Handsome Dan, Dog Care Manager, Michelle Besmehn, with Ray, and Trainer Pat Whitacre with Lucas.
Look for the cast to be wearing their bracelets on the show when the new season of “Dogtown” premiers in March.
